Wealden College of Counselling & Psychotherapy

Official TA101, a two day Introductory Workshop for Transactional Analysis

This two day course is the official, internationally recognized introduction to Transactional Analysis, known as the ‘TA 101’. It is the pre-requisite for further training in Transactional Analysis as a psychotherapist, counsellor or in organizations or educational settings. It is the ideal first step in deciding whether or not to undertake further training.

This course is for anyone interested in Transactional Analysis as a method of understanding communication, how relationships can go wrong when people unwittingly play Psychological Games, and personal life patterns. This course is also for people interested in using TA in their professional work.

Participants will have opportunities to explore their own personality and relationships via the teaching and experiential exercises with colleagues in a friendly environment. The course will offer an understanding of child development, relationships and communication, of how we become the person we are, and how we can bring about positive change.

The dates for the TA 101 courses at Wealden College of Counselling and Psychotherapy are to be found on our Short Course Programme. To book on a course please download the flyer available on our website by clicking here.
