Diploma in Humanistic Integrative Counselling
These one day workshops, organised at Wealden Institute, are specifically aimed at students preparing for the Diploma in Humanistic Integrative Counselling examination. They are led by tutors from the Diploma in Humanistic Integrative Counselling course at Wealden College of Counselling and Psychotherapy.
The days are “menu” led, meaning that participants can ask for what they need. In order to gain most benefit from the day, participants are very strongly invited to bring:
- Their DIPLOMA IN HUMANISTIC INTEGRATIVE COUNSELLING HANDBOOK (Very important!)
- Taped segments of their work with clients
- Any written work they have completed for their case study
- Questions or issues they wish to address
Students can ask for what they need on the day; this may include doing a full or partial practice exam (with or without support), playing a tape and receiving feedback from the group, reading segments of their written work and receiving feedback, requesting a mini-teach on points of theory. This list is not exclusive; the content of the days is decided by the group at checkin .
The upcoming exam prep days are to be found on the Short Course Programme.
