We offer a service for the maximisation of human potential, and for the increased sense of personal power and well being. Our practitioners are Chartered Psychologists, UKCP Registered Psychotherapists and British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy accredited course graduates. We have been established for 30 years.

Clinical and Counselling Psychology

We offer reports in relation to personal injury, criminal and family cases, including pre-sentence and medic-legal reports.

Transactional Analysis Psychotherapy

TA is a theory of personality and a systematic psychotherapy for personal growth and personal change. Amongst psychological approaches, TA is outstanding in the depth of its theory and the wide variety of its applications. TA is used in the treatment of psychological disorders, from everyday living problems to severe mental illness. It provides a method of psychotherapy for use with individuals, groups, couples and families.

Psychometric Testing and Clinical Diagnosis

Our team of psychologists using standardised psychometric tests can profile people for purposes of employment, therapy, or for personal interest.

Couples Counselling

We offer a counselling service to couples, that enables them to look at what is going well or less well in their relationship, how these issues arose, and what they can do about them.

Family Therapy

Families often benefit from a chance to discover, with specialist help, the underlying system that operates in their family. Our trained therapists can enable families to come together and learn what works well and what is less functional in the way they communicate and behave towards each other.

Referrals are accepted from a variety of sources including GPs and other Medical practitioners, Solicitors, organisations and from individuals.

On-line therapy

Although therapy usually takes place in a face to face setting, under some circumstances some people find on-line work to be their best option. It is most useful for people who are travelling, working temporarily away from home, or who are simply too far away to travel to sessions. We offer this service.
